Is this your year to quit tobacco?

UPMC will provide a special $0 copayment opportunity on one full course of smoking cessation medication — usually 12 weeks — to eligible employees and their eligible adult dependents who smoke, are covered under UPMC’s medical plan, and enroll in the MyHealth Ready to Quit Program™ between June 1 and Aug. 31, 2008.

Also available as part of this program is a series of six health coaching sessions with a tobacco cessation specialist, worth approximately $200, at no charge.

Use a smoking cessation medication properly or use health coaching with a tobacco cessation specialist to double your chances of quitting. Better still — use both to increase your likelihood of quitting six times.
